Kindo Travel (“Kindo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a small, independently run company that creates structured family travel guides for parents with young children. This policy describes what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

We collect only what is necessary to deliver the product and communicate with you. Specifically:

• Purchase information: When you buy a Kindo guide, your payment is processed entirely by Paddle. They collect your name, email address, and payment details. We do not see or store your full payment information — only the data Paddle shares with us to fulfill your order (name, email, and transaction record).
• Email address: If you subscribe to our mailing list or make a purchase, we store your email address to send you the product, post-purchase follow-ups, and occasional updates about Kindo.
• Analytics and ad performance data: With your consent, we use Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our website and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These tools are only loaded after you accept cookies via our consent banner. If you decline, none of these scripts run.

We do not collect sensitive personal information. We do not collect data from children. Our products are designed for parents — the buyers and users of our guides are adults.

Hosting and infrastructure

Our website is served through Cloudflare. As part of standard web hosting, Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This data is used for security, performance, and operational purposes. For details, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the digital guide you purchased
• Send post-purchase follow-ups and product updates
• Send occasional emails if you have subscribed to our mailing list
• Respond to questions or support requests
• Process refunds under our 14-day guarantee
• Measure the performance of our advertising and improve our website (with your consent)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is only shared with the service providers listed in this policy, and only to the extent necessary for them to provide their services.

Third-party services

We rely on the following external services to operate Kindo. Each has its own privacy policy:

Data retention

We keep your purchase records and email address for as long as necessary to provide support, process potential refunds, and comply with legal obligations. If you unsubscribe from our mailing list, we remove your email from our active list promptly. If you want your data deleted entirely, contact us and we will do so within 30 days.

Analytics data collected via Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity is retained according to each provider’s own retention schedules, as described in their respective privacy policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for email communications at any time
• Withdraw consent for cookie-based tracking at any time by clearing your cookies and declining via the banner
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Request a portable copy of your data

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, these rights are provided under GDPR. If you are in California, you have similar rights under the CCPA. Regardless of where you live, we will honor reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete your data.

Kindo Travel is based in Israel. Israel has been recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.
